Aerial Sculpt is designed for those wanting to combine the fun of aerial yoga with the benefits of strength training. You’ll leave feeling stronger and more confident as you challenge your muscles in new ways using the hammock.
What You'll Do:
Warm up with full-body mobility drills, focusing on activating key muscle groups for aerial work. Engage in strength-building exercises like aerial pull-ups, plank variations, and core stabilization. Use the hammock for suspension squats, leg lifts, and tricep dips, targeting endurance and tone. Perform upper-body exercises such as aerial push-ups and leg curls to increase functional strength. End with a cool-down including aerial-assisted stretches to improve flexibility and release tension.
