Arrive on Time: Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to check in, set up, and settle into the space before class begins.
Silence Your Phone: To preserve a quiet, mindful atmosphere, ensure your phone is turned off or set to silent mode.
Respect Personal Space: Set up your mat with consideration for the space around you. Everyone appreciates room to breathe!
Clean Up After Class: Wipe down any equipment, mats, or props used during class to help keep the studio fresh and ready for the next student.

The Benefits of a Consistent Practice
Whether you’re attending yoga, fitness, or meditation classes, building a consistent practice can transform your physical and mental well-being. Regular participation helps increase strength, flexibility, and endurance while reducing stress and improving mental clarity. Over time, you’ll experience enhanced focus, better sleep, and a greater sense of balance in daily life. Whether your goal is physical fitness, inner peace, or overall wellness, committing to a regular practice can create lasting positive change.
Consistency is Key: Practice regularly to see progress over time, even if it’s just a few times a week.
Listen to Your Body: Modify movements based on how you feel each day. Honor your body’s needs.
Focus on Breath: Sync your movements with your breath for a deeper, more mindful practice.
Try Different Class Styles: Mixing up yoga, fitness, and meditation keeps your practice fresh and balanced.
Ask for Guidance: Our instructors are here to help with modifications and advice suited to your needs.

If you have a yoga mat, bring that. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in, and bring a Water Bottle if you’d like. We have props to borrow, or feel free to bring your own if you prefer. If it’s your first class, arrive about 10 minutes early to get all set. We cannot wait to meet you! We are located in VillageWestpark, just a few doors down from F45, Mojoes and Kitchen 747. We have LOTS of free, safe parking.

It’s best to reserve your spot in class prior through our website or app. Our classes are limited in capacity and if you reserve prior, you know you have a spot. BUT, you can always show up for class and if there’s a spot, it’s yours!

Practicing on a full stomach might not be comfortable, but equally so is the feeling of being “hangry”. We recommend a light snack 30 minutes to an hour before your class - but it’s totally up to you! Many prefer to have some energy in the body to be able to move in the best way.

For our in-studio classes, participants 16 and older can practice on their own with a signed waiver from a parent or guardian. We ask participants between 13 and 15 to practice with an adult.

Children aged 6-12 can attend Kids Aerial Yoga classes.

Yes! You can conveniently purchase gift cards through our website.

Please cancel at least 12 hours before class. We do not charge a penalty for late cancellations or no shows, but we very much appreciate your cancelling when you know you won't make class.

Please try not to leave class early or arrive for class late as this can be highly disruptive to the other students. We understand that life happens, so please try to give us a quick call so that we can save your space, and let your teacher know beforehand if you must leave early.

Considering canceling your membership? Please provide a written 30-day notice prior to your next billing cycle to nicole@westparkyoga.com. Verbal cancellation notices are not accepted.

Considering pausing your membership? Please provide a written 30-day notice prior to your next billing cycle by emailing nicole@westparkyoga.com. Verbal pause requests are not accepted.
Membership pauses are $5 per month.
The total amount paid during the pause will be credited toward your next membership payment when you return.
If you choose not to return after the pause, the fees paid during the pause will not be refunded.
