I'm Thao, I grew up in Colorado, but recently moved to Sacramento coming on 4 years of a long distance relationship that brought me here. I started going to AIR Denver, an aerial fitness studio since June 2018, got certified in aerial fitness in 2022 and have been teaching since 2023. Outside of being an aerial instructor I'm also a full time tax accountant and the owner of the Sacramento chapter of a nationwide community for women called The Beauty Boost.
