This class is perfect for adults who are new to aerial yoga and want a supportive introduction to the practice. You’ll learn the basics, including how to use the hammock safely, foundational poses, and how to build confidence in the air.

What You'll Do:

Start with a demonstration of how to properly mount and dismount the hammock for safety. Practice foundational aerial poses such as Seated Straddle, Plank, and Floating Warrior. Learn hammock-supported inversions like Aerial Downward Dog, focusing on alignment assistance. Work on flexibility through gentle aerial-assisted stretches, including splits and backbends. End with a floating meditation or Savasana to decompress the spine and relax the body.
