Beginner Yoga offers a welcoming environment for newcomers to yoga or those wanting to refine their practice. The class focuses on foundational poses, breathing techniques, and alignment principles to build a strong, safe practice.

What You'll Do:

Begin with basic breath-work (Pranayama) to establish a connection between breath and movement. Move through foundational postures like Mountain Pose, Downward Dog, and Warrior I with alignment cues. Practice simple flow sequences to integrate movement and breath, building familiarity with common transitions. Perform seated stretches such as Forward Folds and Easy Pose to enhance flexibility and body awareness. Conclude with a short relaxation period (Savasana) to absorb the practice and quiet the mind.
