What inspired you to start teaching?

Yoga was something that truly changed my life, it makes me feel truly present and deeply connected. Learning can sometimes be a struggle for me, yoga was something I could show up to the mat/hammock everyday and practice repeatedly until I got it. Teaching yoga also means always being a student forever, and learning new skills and knowledge is one of life's greatest pleasures for me. I'm a persistent learner turned patient teacher. Aerial yoga is fun, allows me to get deep into my body, do the impossible (like fly upside-down), and feel confident. I am blessed to share that joyful practice with others.

Which styles of classes do you specialize in teaching?

Kids aerial, Aerial and Flow

What do you enjoy most about teaching?

I delight in helping people navigate the learning journey but my love for seeing students grow on and off the mat has been the driving force behind my teaching practice.

What can students expect from your classes?

I will be their guide in helping them find their deeper well of inspiration and provide them with a comfortable place to practice.

Do you have any personal hobbies or interests outside of teaching?

I love paddle boarding, hiking, practicing aerial arts, traveling, spending time with friends, reading comic books, playing video games and cheering on the Denver Broncos. Living life to the fullest with my partner, 100+ house plants, and the best sidekick - Honey the yellow lab.
