What You'll Do:
Start with a dynamic warm-up involving Sun Salutations to activate muscles and elevate your heart rate. Flow through Vinyasa postures with strength-building exercises like lunges, squats, and push-ups. Perform standing balance poses like Warrior III to challenge core stability. Incorporate bursts of cardio with jumping transitions or high-knee lunges to build endurance. End with a cool-down focusing on flexibility, using deep stretches to relax muscles and mind.
