What You’ll Do:
Start your session with a sequence of gentle aerial stretches and joint mobilization exercises to prepare your body. Transition into aerial postures aimed at enhancing strength and encouraging relaxation, with the opportunity to begin exploring inversions. Each movement is performed slowly and deliberately, establishing a solid foundation for safety and comfort. Conclude with deep aerial stretches followed by a floating Savasana to promote spinal decompression.
