Class Description:
A balanced Yin-Yang yoga class based on the traditional Hatha style, this session blends energizing yang movements and asanas with slower, calming Yin asanas. It harmonizes the body and mind by balancing effort and ease.

What You’ll Do:
The class begins with warm-up exercises, transitions to building strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina through holding asanas for at least 30 seconds, and concludes with calming postures that lead to deep relaxation.

I have 15 years of experience as a yoga practitioner and 5 years as a certified yoga teacher.
