Chakras Meditation Workshop
The Chakras are the centers of energetic transformation within our physiology. On the planet, energy is more active and stronger in certain points or places, we call such a place a vortex. In the physical body, we call it a chakra.
In Sanskrit, the word chakra means "wheel." It indicates movement. Think of the main chakras as spinning vortices of energy running along the spine. They should stay “open” and aligned, as they correspond to bundles of nerves, major organs, and areas of our energetic body that affect our emotional and physical well-being. When all of our chakras are open, energy can run through them freely, and harmony exists between the physical body, mind, and spirit. This illuminates the mind-body connection, bridging the relationship between our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
In this 90-minute workshop you will get a complete understanding of seven main Chakras and how to energize and balance them with Pranayama and Meditation.
