Yoga For: Leg & Feet Pain
A 2-Hour workshop as part of our 'Yoga For:' series. Join us for a deep dive into the fascial system and give those feet of yours some well deserved TLC!
The feet are our foundation and an architectural masterpiece! Unfortunately over time they become misaligned and structurally unsound. The fascia in the feet and lower legs is the furthest from the “engine of the body” our diaphragm. Due to this the fascia becomes cold. It begins to twist and grip onto bone to help support the weight of our body, keep us vertical and our eyes at the horizon. In this class we will heat up the frozen tissue, detoxify, feed and nurture our cells.
This class you will learn the tools to assist in alleviating bunions, hammer-toes, plantar fasciitis, heel spurs and flat feet.
Since the feet are our foundation, this misalignment travels up the kinetic chain and affects our other load bearing joints. So, If you are experiencing any pain or discomfort in your legs, knees, hips, back or shoulders this class is also for you!
