Alicia's passion for teaching this workshop stems from her personal journey of overcoming difficult life situations, including an autoimmune diagnosis, family trauma, surgeries, and postpartum recovery. Her experiences have fueled her love for learning and her desire to help others heal through restorative yoga.
What is the purpose of this workshop? The purpose of this workshop is to support healing and recovery from physical or emotional challenges using restorative yoga.

What will I do during this workshop? You will engage in restorative yoga poses, breathing exercises, mindfulness meditation, gentle stretching routines, Yin yoga poses, block therapy, and posture exercises.
What will I gain from this workshop? By the end of the workshop, you will have the tools needed to release unnecessary tension in the mind and body through proper diaphragmatic breathing, purposeful compression of the fascial system, and alignment of load-bearing joints.
