Nicole is well-qualified to lead this workshop with her RYT 200 training in Channels of Healing, along with an additional 50 hours of specialized training in Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, and Mindfulness. She is also a Certified Meditation Instructor.
Why is she passionate about teaching this workshop? Nicole is passionate about helping people find balance in their yoga practice outside of the traditional vinyasa flow class. She believes in guiding participants toward stillness and inner peace through restorative poses and inward meditative practices, channeling healing into the world.

The purpose of this workshop is to cultivate gratitude and appreciation through mindfulness and meditation practices.
What will I do during the workshop? You will engage in restorative yoga poses, breathing exercises, mindfulness meditation, guided visualization, and Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation).
