Mama Yoga Class

Westpark Yoga & Movement is benefiting Nurture Birth Cooperative with this community event!

Join us on Sunday, April 23rd for this ‘Mama Yoga Class’ from 12pm - 2pm. Children up to 4 years old are welcome to join! The event will include an education talk with Brianna Huth about Essential Oils for Motherhood, followed by a BreathWork class with Rachel Hills, and finally a Chiropractic Care session with Dr. Hannah Flammang.

Price: $15 for Members & $25 for Non-Members.
